space campusFirst announced in 2022, Luxembourg’s forthcoming Space Campus aims to unite local and international players in the space sector on a single site, fostering business growth and encouraging cooperation between public and private stakeholders. The site will also house the headquarters of the Luxembourg Space Agency (LSA) and its future incubator, technical laboratories and a test centre.

The government has recently signed an agreement to construct an administrative building that will, among other functions, serve as the future home of the LSA.

This project is perfectly aligned with our strategy to create a high-performance space ecosystem that is competitive on both European and international scales, and to attract foreign companies and talent.

At the signing, Lex Delles stated: “This project is perfectly aligned with our strategy to create a high-performance space ecosystem that is competitive on both European and international scales, and to attract foreign companies and talent,” said Luxembourg’s Minister of the Economy, SMEs, Energy and Tourism, Lex Delles. “We are building on Luxembourg’s innovative space legal framework. Today’s signing marks an important milestone in the development of our space ecosystem.”

Luxembourg’s Minister of Finance, Gilles Roth, emphasised: “The Space Campus represents a tremendous opportunity to support innovation and strengthen Luxembourg’s position in the space sector.”
